RETURN POLICY

Refund & Return Policy

7-Day Risk-Free Returns

We stand behind the quality of our AI-powered devices. If you're not satisfied, you can return your product within 7 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging included.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Products showing signs of physical damage not caused by manufacturing defects may not be eligible for refund.

 

How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

Refunds

  • If approved, your store credit will be applied to your profile within 5–10 business days.

 

Exchanges

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free on orders over R2000

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by location.

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or external factors.

 

Tracking Information
